Felina Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: Felina, Inc. (“Felina” or “Company”) operates an affiliate program (“Program”) designed to allow affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting the products sold on the Felina website (www.felina.com) (“Site”) and directing customers to the Site through unique referral links provided to the Affiliate.

2. Enrollment: To participate in the Program, Affiliates must agree to these terms and conditions (“Agreement”) and complete the Program enrollment process.

3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission equal to 5% of the sale price of products sold on the Site that result from customers clicking on the Affiliate’s unique referral link. Commissions will be paid 30 days after the date of sale, assuming the order has not been returned or refunded.

4. Payment of Commission: Commission payments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates must provide Felina with a valid PayPal email address in order to receive commissions. Felina reserves the right to change the method of payment at any time.

5. Term: This Agreement will begin upon Affiliate’s acceptance and will end when terminated by either party. Either Felina or Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

6. Modification: Felina reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and Affiliates are responsible for reviewing such changes. If any change is unacceptable to Affiliate, Affiliate’s only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Affiliate’s continued participation in the Program following the posting of the changes on the Site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

7. Limitation of Liability: Felina will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to Affiliate under this Agreement.

8. Confidentiality: Affiliate acknowledges that the Site contains confidential information, including but not limited to business and technical information, that is proprietary and valuable to Felina. Affiliate agrees to use such confidential information only for the purpose of promoting the Site and earning commissions under the Program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SITE AND THE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FELINA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification: Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Felina, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Affiliate’s participation in the Program.

11. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such dispute will be arbitrated on an individual

Felina Affiliate Program Privacy Policy

1. Introduction: Felina, Inc. (“Felina” or “Company”) operates an affiliate program (“Program”) designed to allow affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting the products sold on the Felina website (www.felina.com) (“Site”) and directing customers to the Site through unique referral links provided to the Affiliate. This Privacy Policy outlines the information that Felina collects, uses, and discloses in connection with the Program.

2. Information Collection: To participate in the Program, Affiliates will be required to provide certain personal information, including their name, address, and PayPal email address. Felina may also collect information about Affiliate’s use of the Program, including referral link clicks and sales resulting from such clicks.

3. Use of Information: Felina will use the information collected from Affiliates for the purpose of managing the Program and paying commissions. Felina may also use the information for internal business purposes, such as data analysis and marketing.

4. Disclosure of Information: Felina may disclose information collected from Affiliates in the following circumstances:

a. To third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Program or performing other business activities;

b. To comply with legal requirements, such as responding to a subpoena or court order;

c. To enforce this Agreement or the terms of the Program; or

d. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or other similar event.

1. Data Security: Felina takes reasonable measures to protect the security of the information collected from Affiliates. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and Felina cannot guarantee the security of its data.

2. Access and Correction of Information: Affiliates have the right to access and correct their personal information collected by Felina in connection with the Program. To do so, Affiliates may contact Felina at [email protected].

3. Changes to Privacy Policy: Felina may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Felina makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, it will post the updated policy on the Site.
